Accounts Receivable Technician

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Establish the necessary securities for all new orders (contract denunciation or addition to credit insurance)
• Determine and communicate payment terms for new orders
• Follow-up of deposits on orders
• Follow-up on orders payable before delivery
• Obtain US sales tax exemption certificates
• Perform weekly invoicing
• Calculate commissions on new orders
• Process and record deposits
• Complete and mail waivers requested by customers
• Produce various reports and follow up accounts receivable

Requirements:

• Accounting degree (DEC or DEP with equivalent experience)
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of the construction industry (an asset)
• Bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written
